The kid is in bed and all is quiet in the house. What does it all mean? Crafty me time!! YAY!! No seriously it has given me a chance to get some crafting done.
My poppet is coming along. Believe it or not, the ladder stitching on the back is a lot more smooth than my first attempt a poppet ago. No bunching or buckling, just a smooth seam as if I've been doing it for years. On tonight's agenda, stuff the head, pick out eyes, joint the body pieces, sculpt said pieces, pick out yarn for the hair. I might get to making the hair wefts tonight, but we'll see it is after all almost 9:30pm.
It's supposed to be sunny tomorrow so hopefully I can get some progress shots to post.
