On the 11th day of Halloween my Witchy gave to me...

A beautiful autumn day for an outing with my little guy.

I woke up with the idea to head up the road and surprise my little guy with a hike. So I packed a small day pack with water and a snack, got the kid dressed, grabbed my sister and both the dogs and headed up the road. Where did we hike?

Then we came home, and while the dogs and my sister napped, the kiddo and I made ghosts for outside!

We used white trash bags cut into 4s and grocery bags to stuff their heads. There's 8 of them so far. We plan on making a few larger ones to hang in the tree out front.

Happy Crafting!

  1. that hike looks beautiful! I wish I lived close to something like that. Super Jealous! And I love the ghosts! I used to make those with my grandma when I was little :)
