This last weekend was a gorgeous weekend. We were able to get some yard work done and picked up a few things that we needed, like a new tire for the wheelbarrow and a back up blade for the mower. There was even a surprise project tossed into the mix that was unexpected but something that's been on our "To Do" since last year. There's still a bit of touch up to do around it like some gravel to catch the stray coal that might fall out, but we really enjoy our new fire pit. I think it fits right in with our house and yard. The best part, it didn't cost us an arm and a leg to do it.

Of course there was our visitor who decided to stay for a spell.
Funny, the beautiful markings on the butterfly reminds me of another soulful critter.
